March Update

I am currently about 20 000 words into Chapter 10 of Lords of Infinity right now. This is the chapter that sets up the final conditions for the endgame, which plays out in chapters 11 and 12. While Lords of Infinity is far from complete, I’m definitely feeling it come together right about now

This month’s installments of A Soldier’s Guide to the Infinite Sea, and An Adventurer’s Guide to the Fledgling Realms are now up. If all goes well, there should be a new entry in The Creator’s Guide to Writing and Worldbuilding next month as well, so feel free to look forward to that.

Hello there again, I for one am very excited as are many others are as well. I have a request of some sort from anyone who can give it. Any books or resources about the tactics and strategies performed in such eras and more elaborated explanation of enlisted ranks and commissioned officers responsibilities, within all branches of military. It will be really appreciated. I did some research in my country but my resources are very limited here.

Hey Persian, from my understanding many of the military strategies and structure in this series are based off the Napoleonic armies i.e France, Great Britain, Prussia, Russia etc. so you could possibly try searching “Napeolonic era military structure & strategy” on google and it should give you a general overiview of these types of things

Can’t wait seriously, the quality of your work makes the books worth buying.

Your work is fantastic and I can’t wait for lords of infinity to come out, I know this might be a bit early to ask, but are you planning on making a fourth book in the infinity series?
    Keep up the good work.

As someone that waited since Sabres for the romances and after knowing that Eleonora won’t be possible until the next book… Is kinda depressing, I was hoping to get an answer from her in this book and it kinda feels weird if the mc propose to her to just wait years for an answer, not only that is kinda unrealistic.

Your work is outstanding and quite frankly I think your Infinity series is the best currently active interactive fiction I’ve played period.

One quick request, Im not sure if you’d be pleased or disturbed if you knew how many times I’ve played the LoI demo on Dashingdon, but at some point please bring back the rune gun. OP, sure it is, but blasting those bandits and their abattis would have been deeply satisfying.

I also have a suggestion. Me and everyone else here love the infinity series. Once you’re done with lords of infinity, I would love to see the infinity series from the antrai perspective. I know it would be a lot of work and I’m not insisting on anything, I just think that it would be a pretty cool series where you are an angarų officer.

I’ve waited 2 years for this project. Hurry up; respectfully

    • Narharcan

I’ve waited two years as well, yet I don’t behave like a spoiled brat because I know that Cata writes at a breakneck speed of 50000 words a month, something most authors wouldn’t be able to do. So I only have one thing to say: shut up; respectfully.

Says the man who typed a very long edgy name.
      I insulted you; respectfully

When guns of infinity was released I was still in 1st year high-school lol. Get in line and wait like the rest of us. This game is delayed because cata worked on 2 games after guns of infinity before even starting lords.

  • E.Awieo

Very excited, my only grievsnce is that its very hard not to go bankrupt.

  • Zachary

Waiting for games is always so frustrating but they are always better the more time one puts into them love your work
