Well, it has certainly been a very eventful month so far. Lords of Infinity may be released, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been fielding a constant stream of bug reports, feedback, and other suggestions for updates, which I’ve been trying to get out at a fairly steady pace (with three updates since release and a fourth on its way out soon). However, I think I’ve gotten most of the errors and bugs ironed out by now. Hopefully, that means I’ll soon have some time to rest a bit, after what has basically been an almost-five year non-stop development cycle.
That doesn’t mean I haven’t been working on anything else though. Some of you looking through the pages for my Patreon content may have noticed a few changes: namely, that there are now links to plaintext versions of this year’s articles. This was something I put together based on a kind fan’s suggestion to make my Patreon content more accessible for those who use screen-readers due to disability or other reasons.
Eventually, I plan on transcribing as many of the image-based articles into plaintext as possible. In the meantime, I’ll be adding plaintext transcripts for new articles, as well as on the Patreon page itself. If anyone has any further suggestions regarding this new system, I’d love to hear them, especially if it means making them more accessible or easier to read.
And of course, this month’s Soldier’s Guide to the Infinite Sea, Adventurer’s Guide to the Fledgling Realms, and Creator’s Guide to Writing and Worldbuilding are all up.

If you want suggestion, why not let people change of Duchy where they come from in the beginning of Lord (with the option to change of the Name of MC, baronnie or the name of family) thank to that the people can see the difference of gameplay between Duchy, like for example the fact that the Rendower club is accessible by the character of Aetoria Duchy but the other need to ask Wufram or falsify document, nevertheless thank you for your amazing work.

Can MC still use new guns even if he didn’t push for reforms ( as a part of rebellion) . Is it all going to waste or do we have the choice to mass produce new rife and even possible new hand gun which we get to see the design . My MC didn’t push for it because it only benefit the royalist is it possible to make new Rife creator choose MC side over the other and get a edge over the royalist
And last but not the least if MC die child less his whole blood line die ( only child) so romance in between the battle will be nice and not have to choose from a immediate war > romance

Hey Paul, I first read Sabres of Infinity back in 2014 and have kept with the books since. I haven’t checked out this board in about 6 months and to see Lords came out made my week. I binged and finished Lords in about a day and I’m going back for another play-through. I don’t care how long I have to wait to play Wars of Infinity, I’ll be here. I started reading when I was 14 and I’m 23 now it’s crazy how impactful these have been on my life, truly a joy and you do not get the appreciation you deserve. Love you man, your work is absolutely incredible.

Hey Paul loved the series since 2016 but my only critique so far is that the estate management system is very frustrating. One way to fix this is that we should be able to conduct atleast two building projects per management turn. Have an option to increase your labor force early on, it could even be flavorful like employing your former and unemployed dragoons or the antari refugees if you let them stay. It doesnt make sense why I cant progress my fief project + either improving my house or village. Also we should be able to tell our estate manager to focus on our fief project instead while were on the capital, it would make sense since he always reminds us of the current status of it every season.

Will choose sides have big impact on the 5 book like rebellion route results in more economical stability and royalist results in more military power at the start

I’ve played through Lords this week, it’s an excellent game! Congratulations, I can’t imagine the effort this all took. I’ve started to go back to the older games in the series to do a min-maxed run and it’s making my head spin, there are so many branching decisions and systems.
